1. How do we apply for coverage?
   A: It's easy! Just email, fax or mail the completed required information as soon as you can.
   We can usually have a quote for you within a few days.
2. What services are covered under your program?
   A: Professional Liability including: Skin Care Treatments (Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion), Makeup Application, Massage Therapy, Electrology, Hairdressing, Permanent Waving, Nail Care Services, Hair Dying, Aromatherapy Service, Full
   Body Massaging, Body Wrapping, Exfoliation, Reflexology, Skin Care (AHA Acids), Esthetic and Slenderizing Services)
   EXCEPT: Tanning, Body Piercing, Permanent Makeup, Tattooing, Laser Treatments. Premises Liability is optional.
3. In what states is the coverage available?
   A: All U.S. states, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington.
4. "What information is required for a quote?
   A: A completed, signed application.
   NOTE: Although there is no original signature required to quote, we will need the signed, original application to BIND coverages.
5. What are your carriers ratings?
   A: We only write our program through the very best carriers that have ratings of at least “Excellent” or better.
6. Is your Program admitted?
   A: Yes, our program is admitted in all states.
7. Are your rates competitive?
   A: The coverages we offer through our program are not only very broad, but very reasonably priced.
8. Do you offer coverage for an Independent Contractor?
   A: Yes, we do provide coverage for an independent contractor.
9. Do I have to be licensed?
   A: Yes, if required by your state.
10. I am starting a new salon in my town, do you cover start-up businesses?
    A: Yes, we cover start-up businesses.
11. Do you provide professional liability for a hair salon that does hair replacements?
    A: We will provide coverage for hair weaving only.
12. Do you provide general liability and products liability for cosmetic manufacturers and distributors?
    A: Yes, we can provide general liability including products liability or products liability only in all states except Wyoming.
